In Nigeria, factory accidents are often underreported; yet, small and medium manufacturers like ours experience them all too frequently.

Every machine has a sound signature. Subtle changes signal stress or misalignment. Our AI, trained on thousands of machine hours, detects those shifts early, preventing failures before they escalate.
Venille PM uses the Wio Terminal, an IoT device that gathers real-time machine data; sound, visuals, vibrations, and temperature.
High-speed cameras monitor cutting, sealing, and heating. The AI detects irregularities instantly, sending alerts or triggering automatic shutdowns when danger looms.
